Chocolate lollies

So I bought some moulds and I thought I'd share the result with you and the finished result will go towards my party bag fillers.

Being an ebay fan, i bought everything from there - the mould (which came free with lollypop sticks) and lollypop bags. All for a couple of quid and obviously the mould can be used over and over.

My little helper here, puts the lolly sticks in the moulds firstly,  then the melted chocolate gets added - no need to grease or oil  the mould first.

(I used Cadburys, in the microwave, 30 seconds first, then every 10 seconds stirring in between - i find this way is the best way to melt chocolate without burning and ruining it!)

When you pour the chocolate in the moulds have a little check at the front of the mould that there aren't any bubbles and if there are, give a little poke with a cocktail stick (or in my case a pointed knife)

Pop them in the fridge and........

These ''lollipop bags'' were bought on ebay for about £2.00 for 50! - thats alot of lollies!  tied with a bit of ribbon (left over from my Christmas wrapping) and here's the finished product..........

A Great little addition to my party bags, my daughter was very impressed with how these turned out, and i know the mould will get used over and over.

thanks for looking - if there's anything you could change or other ideas, please let me know.
